Recurring Order (Login Required)

We offer recurring orders for those who don't want to worry about replacing their cartridge. You will simply receive it in the mail when it needs to be replaced.

Step 1: Buy a water system here if you haven't already (this will include the head and cartridge)

Step 2: Determine the Replacement Rate using the Cartridge Replacement Calculator. This will require you to know the hardness of your water. If you do not know the hardness please order some test strips here or with your first water system purchase here.

Step 3: Add the cartridge to a recurring order (must be logged-in) view the recurring order and set the order interval according to the interval that the calculator displayed.

Warranty Information

The installation of a water softener is mandatory for all users that don't meet the required water specifications, failure to do so will void your warranty. It is recommend to always add a water filter to your order if you do not have one already. Replacement time of filters depends the water and quantity of drinks being made (see estimating calculator - next tab).

Water Specifications

The installation of a water softener is mandatory when the espresso machine is fed with water that has a hardness higher than 3 grains per gallon or 50 parts per million (ppm). The pressure of the water line must be between 2 bar and 6 bar and the water must be cold. The water also must have a filtration level below 5.5 Micron, a total dissolved solids level between 50 and 250 ppm, an alkalinity level between 10 and 100 ppm, a chlorine level less than 0.25 ppm, and a pH level between 6.5 and 8.5.
